 | FLOS was founded in 1962. The very same year we began producing a number of lamps that were to become classics in Italian industrial design. These first amps were Arco, Relemme, Toio and Taccia — all designed by Achille and Piergiacomo Castiglioni. As a tangible proof of their timeless design and technical excellence, these lamps continue to be produced today. In 1964, it's in Brescia (Between Milan and Venise) that settles Flos with appointment of its Sergio Gandini's CEO next year. Sometimes after, Tobia Scarpa et Sergio Gandini designed "Junker" tribute to made in italy design emerging. |
